Web design clients of DRS Design are free to either make their own arrangements in respect of registering a domain name or alternatively this can be done for you. Contact DRS Design
If you are a web design client of DRS Design then a .co.uk or .org.uk domain name (registered in your name for two years) can be included in the design fees at no extra cost.
Domain names registered on behalf of clients by DRS Design are registered in the name of the client, so the answer is that you own the name. DRS Design does not attempt to acquire any rights, de jure or de facto, in domain names registered on behalf of clients. DRS Design merely acts as your agent in registering the name for you.
You should be aware that domain names can never be owned in an absolute sense - they can only be registered to you for a fixed period of time. At the end of that registration period you have an option to renew the name for a further period of time. However, if you choose not to renew then when your registration period is up the domain name lapses and becomes available for anyone else to register should they wish to. (These rules of domain name registration apply across the internet to all domain registrations, it makes no difference which agent you use to register your name through.)
The registration of domain names is also subject to intellectual property rules - you should be careful not to attempt to register names that would infringe upon some other party's intellectual property rights, such as trademarks. Contact DRS Design
